1. SPONSOR

The Dixon’s Service Company Raffle Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dixon’s Service Company (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of North Carolina who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Dixon’s Service Company, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 1, 2025 and ends onMarch 31, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the end date.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, participants must:

• Like the Giveaway post on Dixon’s Service Company’s official Facebook or Instagram page.
• Share the Giveaway post publicly.
• Comment on the Giveaway post.

Only one entry per person per platform is allowed. Duplicate entries or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. PRIZES

There will be one (1) winner receiving a $100 gift card to Lowe’s Home Improvement.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries. The drawing will take place within 5 business days after the Entry Period ends. Winners will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the timeframe, another winner will be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
• By entering, participants grant Dixon’s Service Company permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Dixon’s Service Company is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, interrupted, or unavailable network connections, server failures, or other errors that may affect participation.

8. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants release Dixon’s Service Company, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Dixon’s Service Company is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation.

9. PRIVACY

Participant information will only be used in accordance with Dixon’s Service Company’s privacy policy and for the administration of this Giveaway.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.
